The compound in Palmyra, MO is a compound designed to be self-sufficient. With solar panels, generators and a well-stocked medical room. Originally put together by Gregory House and James Wilson before they respectively disappeared, Lawrence Kutner took over the running of the place, and took in some people along the way.
The compound itself is a large farmhouse with a few bedrooms, and a library/office used as a medical wing. There are also a couple smaller, adjacent houses with smaller bedrooms and a large barn with farming equipment. If you want to start growing your own food, more power to you.

Rules
The route to the medical supplies runs through Kutner. If you need something, talk to him. The compound is open for people to come and go as they please, but check in with Kutner when you get in so he can keep track of exactly who is coming and going. Supplies are limited, but occasionally people are sent out on supply runs to the neighboring towns. If you’re interested in one of these, talk to Kutner. If you want to venture out further from the compound but still be connected, feel free. Access to the party bus is on a limited basis. Kutner is protective of it, so if he does loan it to you be careful with it.
